Obituary
Joe Lee Wiggins was born Aug. 6, 1961 in Valentine, NE, and passed away at Lusk Community Hospital on Mar. 2, 2017. Joe was living in Manville, WY. Joe is survived by his son Joe Wiggins, Jr.; parents, Charles and Lovona Wiggins; sister Rose Fadness; brother Chuck Wiggins; sister Ruth Adam; two grandchildren, Jakoby and Aroarah Wiggins; and several nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his son Jake Wiggins. Per his request, there will be no services.
