Perry Alan Parmely 02-27-1968 - 12-30-2019 Perry was born in Long Beach, CA. He, along with his parents Paul and Pam Parmely moved to Boulder City, NV in 1971. Perry went to the Boulder City schools for 13 years, graduating in 1986. After high school, he went to Tempe, AZ to Arizona State University and got a degree in Electrical Engineering Perry and his wife Deborah lived and worked in Phoenix. When not working, he spent time studying martial arts, working out at the gym and playing guitar. A memorial for Perry will take place in Lusk in the Spring. Details will be provided at a later time.
