Phillip "PR" Martin, 71, of Lusk WY passed away on May 31st 2024 at the Swedish Medical Center in Denver, CO.  He was born on July 30th 1952 in Alliance, NE.  His parents were Herman Martin and Norma (Boyce) Martin.  He grew up and graduated in Lingle, WY.  He and his family moved to Lusk in 1983.  He worked for Nelson's Oil and Gas from 1983-2003.  He then worked for Erickson Contract Surveying as a surveyor from 2004-2014.  He enjoyed spending time with friends, listening to music, fishing, and Nebraska Cornhusker Football.  PR's lighthearted and friendly spirit will be dearly missed.  He is survived by his dear friend, Desiree Martin and two sons Andy Martin and Gary Anderson, daughter in law Angel Anderson, and two grandchildren Kerissa Anderson and Bridger Anderson.  He is also survived by his brother Jimmy Martin, sisters Joan Frahm, Nancy Nehl, and Sally Shoemaker.  Services will be held on Saturday June 15th at the Pier Funeral Home at 2 pm.
