Roberta Jean Mahan was born in Ogallala, Nebraska on October 13, 1958, to Dale and Regina (Keller) Mahan. Roberta was 1 of 4 children.  She grew up on the family farm outside of Crawford Nebraska, where she helped with the daily farm chores. As an adult Roberta worked for Seward Motor Freight for a short time and then Salem Trucking Co. out of Lincoln Nebraska for a total of 35 years. Roberta bought her 1st truck in 2000. She drove from coast to coast.  Her dream was to buy a ranch when she retired but accomplished that dream several years before.  Roberta passed away at the ranch North of Hay Springs, Nebraska.

Roberta was preceded in death by her parents; Dale and Regina (Keller) Mahan, nephew Cody Mahan and her brother-in-law James Alles, Left celebrating her life is her life partner and spouse Becky Paulsen, 2 sisters Ruth Ann Alles of Greeley, Colorado, Patti (Roy) Ehlers of Hot Springs, South Dakota, brother Dale Wayne (Merry) Mahan of Bullhead, Arizona, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Pier Funeral Chapel in Gordon, Nebraska on June 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Roberta will be put to rest at her final resting place at a later date.
