Scarlett Shea Herndon Taylor, age 55, passed away November 16, 2018 in Lusk, WY. Scarlett was born on October 7, 1963 in Okinawa to parents Franklin Delano Herndon and Mildred Jean Herndon. Scarlett is survived by her loving husband, James Edward Taylor; her children, Jamie Faye Dales, and Billy Dean Carter;siblings Steve D. Herndon (Sheri), Gary A. Herndon (Kim), Susan K. Leavell (Ted), andJanet F. Green(Jon); grandchildren Corey Todd Dales, Harlow Grace Dales and Jax Franklin Dales; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Franklin Delano Herndon, brother Michael Dean Herndon, and her son James Franklin Taylor. Scarlett attended First Baptist Church in Lusk, WY with her family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, November 23 at 1:30 P.M., at First Baptist Church in Lusk. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to time of service. Burial will be at the Node Cemetery.
